MIXING PROCEDURES

For 55 gallon drum of Neutral Concentrate use the following mix design:

  • SportMaster Neutral Concentrate – 55 gallons
  • SportMaster ColorPlus – 4 gallons
  • Water – 28 – 33 gallons
  • Sand (80-90 mesh AFS) – 400 lbs.
  • Mix thoroughly to ensure complete dispersion of pigment.

For 30 gallon keg of Neutral Concentrate use the following mix design:

  • SportMaster Neutral Concentrate with Sand – 30 gallons
  • SportMaster ColorPlus – 2 gallons
  • Water – 15 – 18 gallons Sand (80-90 mesh AFS) 200 lbs.

APPLICATION

Apply mixed coating with a soft rubber squeegee. A minimum of two coats are recommended.
